Scientific Research Cooperation
VICTOR established the Guangdong Metal Materials Technology (Victor) Engineering Technology Research Center in September 2015, and hired industry experts as company consultants. At the same time, it cooperated with a number of colleges and scientific research institutions to jointly carry out aluminum surface treatment research and development.
Squeezing ability

  • In order to achieve the extrusion of complex structures on the mold, CAE tools are used for simulation to achieve rapid iterative improvement of the design scheme.

Mold/fixture design
  • Proficient in the design of various fixtures such as CNC precision machining, polishing, sandblasting, etc. I have rich experience in mold design for zinc, aluminum, magnesium die-casting molds and stamping molds.

  • By combining digital design tools with specialized functions, we can improve production efficiency, reduce costs, shorten production cycles, ensure the rationality and reliability of mold and fixture design, and guarantee production safety.

Mold quality control
  • Utilize efficient design software such as CAD/CAE to conduct mold flow analysis and thermal analysis, optimize mold structure, and reduce defect risks in production.

  • Reasonably set the tolerance range to ensure the fit between mold parts and improve the accuracy and stability of the mold.

  • Select materials with high strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance according to product requirements and mold working conditions to ensure the performance and lifespan of the mold.

  • Adhere to safety design principles, reduce the complexity of mold structure, lower operational difficulty and risks, and ensure the safety of mold use.

  • Establish a failure mode and effects analysis library to prevent design defects and improve the reliability and stability of molds.
